  • Listen deeply for what needs acknowledgment

  • Reflect back experiences to gain clarity about what truly matters

  • Understand how our nervous systems are impacted by history and inequity, and how this affects our relationships

I hold space for people so they can hear their own wisdom and access a sense of power and possibility. With empathic support, I believe we can connect more easily with ourselves and with others in our communities and organizations.
