These are my passions:

Helping individuals unpacking self-limiting beliefs, while holding compassion for our younger selves who tried to make sense of suffering.

Wanting empathy for what it’s like to endure relentless self-criticism, while understanding the urgent messages of survival that guided past generations.

Exploring the roots of anger and channeling its energy to enhance life.

Overcoming blocks to accomplishing tasks, support with follow-through on goals and cultivating self-trust.

Accompanying parents committed to working through their own challenges to leave a lighter load for the next generation.

Support navigating power relations at work with integrity and increased ease.

Recognizing patterns of assimilation or internalized superiority/inferiority in oneself and in others.

Self-compassion for burnout, for moments of freeze, overwhelm and withdrawal, wanting to hold ourselves with kindness so we can grieve our losses.

Dialogue around impact and intersectionality to foster a culture of care and collaboration.

Exploring issues re: social location and racialization to hold everyone’s needs with care during group facilitation.
